The project of the UAB Anarmega co-financed by the EU structural funds No 03.3.1-LVPA-K-854-01-0079 “The Automation of the Technological Process of Metal Processing and Preparation for Coating”

 

UAB Anarmega belongs to the Lithuanian manufacturing industry, and the main activity of the company is metal processing and coating (class 25.61 according to the Classifier of the Types of Economic Activities Rev. 2). The company aims to expand the range of provided services / products supplied, and is currently implementing the project “The Automation of the Technological Process of the Treatment and Preparation of Metals for Coatings”, project No 03.3.1-LVPA-K-854-01-0079.

The Project is implemented under the measure co-financed from the Regional Development Funds of the European Union “Industry Digitalisation LT”. Up to € 61,110.00 financing funds were allocated for the implementation of the project to cover eligible for financing costs. The total value of the project is € 139,800.00. Implementing the project, an automated abrasive shot blasting chamber-line (for blast cleaning of a surface with abrasive particles). Upon the implementation of the project, a new product (service) will be introduced into the market – the preparation of a metal surface for coating, which at the same time will contribute to the increase of the efficiency of the currently available product – powder coating as well as will allow the provision of complex (preparing plus coating) solutions. The equipment is planned to be installed by 3 February 2020.

The implementation of the project will make conditions for the continuous improvement of the company’s performance and productivity growth, which is a prerequisite for sustainable and long-term development of the company, which will directly benefit the company for long years after the implementation of the project. The equipped automatic abrasive shot blasting chamber-line will allow the company to work more efficiently, with lower costs, and thus increase its competitiveness both locally and, in the future, in the international market.
