Our available powder coating line is designed to meet the quality needs of customers. One of the most important factors that proves the quality of our coated products is proper surface preparation before coating. During the automated process, we remove surface dirt and cover with iron phosphate film, which ensures excellent adhesion of the coat to the element subjected to coating.
The maximum dimensions of the products subject to coating are 7000 mm x 1000 mm x 2000 mm, and the thickness of the layer on surface to be coated is made according to the customer’s wishes.
Paint
Depending on the requirements for the paint coating, various epoxy, polyester and architectural paints are used.
We can offer a huge selection of colours and textures.
The surface of painted products can be glossy, matte and with a structure.
We use FIM TIGER, TEKNOS, INVER, EUROPULVER, DU PONT, RIPOL paints.
We use RAL and NCS colour palettes and items can be painted in any of the existing palette colours, as required.
